Non-magnetic superhard metal material "Co-Ni-Cr-Mo alloy"
Nickel-cobalt-based alloy capable of age hardening (HV700)
The "Co-Ni-Cr-Mo alloy" is a non-magnetic, ultra-high elasticity metal material characterized by high mechanical strength, durability, and excellent heat resistance. It features strengths such as tensile stress and yield strength. It is also resistant to sulfides, high-temperature oxidation, and hydrogen embrittlement, exhibiting excellent corrosion resistance and high fatigue strength against repeated stress, making it a material that is strong against fatigue failure. Additionally, the hardness after heat treatment (aging treatment) exceeds HV700. 【Properties】 ■ELGILOY ・Tensile strength: up to 2600 MPa ・Specification: ASTM F1058 ■MP35N ・Tensile strength: approximately 2700 MPa ・Specification: ASTM F562 *For more details, please download the PDF or contact us.
